Lance Dennis is a former Australian Defence Force (ADF) Personnel, where he obtained first-hand experience of what is required to be successful at the highest level. After leaving the ADF he became a certified Personal Trainer and established Viper Fitness in 2012, which eventually became the Viper Fitness Group. Over time and as our programs have evolved, we have come to realise that many people have a desire to train but often have limited time to do so. It is from this realization that V30 was born.
